Teachers
Learning Seeds staff respects and understand the developmental stages as well as the chronological age of each child. Teachers focus on the needs and interest of each child with the uniqueness of each child being the focus of our learning environment and curriculum.

They bring with them their individual experiences, enthusiasm, knowledge, training and love to the classroom enhancing their personal teaching style. Our early childhood teachers undertake different levels of early childhood studies to be qualified pre-school teachers.

The centre encourages and supports all staff through the continuous training and professional development and is committed to provide warm, caring and nurturing teachers and caregivers with positive attitude of trust, respect and understand for children and families.
Parents Involvement
Learning Seeds CDC is ‘Where the total development of the child matters’. This takes the families, teachers and centre’s management to working closely together to provide quality care and education and inculcating good character and moral values.

Our “Open-Door Policy” welcomes parents anytime to participate in classroom projects, field trips and special events of the year.
Parent and Teacher Conference
Parent-teacher meeting is a personal discussion on the whole child’s performance and progress in school. This meeting is conducted twice a year. Parent-teacher meeting is an important component to the success of a positive working relationship with parents.
Parent Workshop/Seminars
Our centre organizes education conference, workshops, to keep parents up to date with current research. Parents are also given the opportunities to understand the importance of a program introduce in our centre.
